Streamline not only has a huge selection of body jewelry but also carries fashion jewelry, steel rings, nose studs, and more. The quality of our merchandise portrays the standards of this company. We endeavor to use only the best metals and methods when creating body jewelry. In all pieces with gems we use only the finest Swarovski® crystals. Our objective is to provide you with quality merchandise in a timely manner at the best possible price. The importance of top quality merchandise, to you and your customers, is important to us and our reputation. We continue to update our merchandise with an array of options to satisfy the needs of our eclectic customer base. If there is something you are inquiring about which we do not carry, then we will do what it takes to feature that particular style or piece. We will even create custom molds for new body jewelry (minimum order required) for either your company or a special customer of yours. Although, the body jewelry industry is at one of its most competitive periods, Streamline provides more than a few ways to save money. With discounts, volume pricing and special offers we strive to meet the needs of each individual customer. Some orders may qualify to receive free displays - Just ask one of our friendly customer service representatives. Ordering InformationOur minimum order is $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a $15 handling fee. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Your customer service representative is available to take your order Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Shipping InformationMost orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We ship via UPS and offer all of their services at their current rates. We do not add extra charges or handling fees to your shipping costs. Payment TermsOrders will be shipped via COD payable by cashier’s check or money order. You may also pre-pay your order by the same method or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. To establish COD company check or terms, please fill out our credit application form. Allow one to two weeks for approval. Past due accounts will accrue a 1.5% a month (18% annual) finance charge. Accounts that have a returned check will be required to send a money order or certified check for the amount plus a $20 returned check fee by priority mail or may pay by credit card. Past due accounts and accounts with returned checks will revert to COD cash terms. Returns & BackordersIf you have any problems with your order please contact our customer service department within 5 business days of delivery. If you wish to make a return you must obtain a return authorization number and return the merchandise within 7 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Non defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All backorders less than $100 will be automatically canceled. We pay shipping costs on all backorders unless it is combined with your next order. |
